The rooms were great value and with a comfortable bed, a bath, for instance. Location: the hotel was right by a farm, about 15 minutes from Bayeux, Bayeux and the autoroute and the attractions.

The hotel's location was incredible in a fully renovated farm. What's more, it was right by the coast, Normandy and a relaxing pond.

Had a very nice stay in September. The room we got was great value for money and new-fashioned with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was stunning and wonderful, to Omaha beach, in the very picturesque area. Moreover, it was 4 km from Pont de Sully. Enjoyed our stay.

The rooms at Bayeux Guest Room Le Vivier are simply stunning! I stayed in a room with views of the garden and it was so peaceful and beautiful. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and I had the best night's sleep. The soundproofed room with a private entrance was perfect for me as a bike rider. I could come and go without bothering anyone. Plus, the shower had great water pressure and the toiletries were a nice touch. I loved that there was a fully equipped kitchen in the larger room. It was so convenient to be able to prepare my own meals during my stay.

Personally, I didn't enjoy the pond view from my room. It just wasn't my cup of tea.

It has beautiful and lovely location in Castillon as it's not far from the coast, about 15 minutes from Bayeux, and Normandy beaches. Besides, Jardin de Castillon Garden is 15 minutes' drive away;))

The decoration at the hotel was charming, with beautiful French countryside touches. The general areas were cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. As a senior woman, I found the hotel accessible, with comfortable staircases and easy navigation throughout the property.

It would have been even better if there were more handrails or support in the bathrooms and hallways to ensure a safer stay for senior guests.

the atmosphere and company at Le Vivier in Castillon were amazing. We enjoyed breakfasts with other guests, discussing France and travel. The kids loved the animals. The hosts went above and beyond, even preparing a delicious surprise dinner for us. It truly felt like a home away from home, with cozy rooms and thoughtful touches. Can't wait to return in the summer for the pool!
